Many thanks for improving my life at least 200%! Following last week’s carpal tunnel surgery I have been sleeping, have no neck or shoulder pain and my hand feels normal-I can even hold a glass again without spilling the contents! It’s probably a bit dramatic to say that it is a miracle but it certainly feels like it. Thanks again for your expertise and professionalism and for believing that I needed the operation.

I would like to thank Mr Jones and his team for the excellent care I received from them all of them. Mr Jones takes the time to listen to a patient and explains everything very clearly. He is there all the time checking everything is all right. He treats you as a human being, not just a number. I have never met a Consultant more dedicated or caring as Mr Jones. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me.
